Please follow these steps to contact Starlink Directly.
- Login to your Starlink account at : https://starlink.com/account/home
- Navigate to the Messages Section, and create a new Ticket.
- Otherwise, navigate to the Help Centre and choose any of the support articles.
If still unsuccessful you can try these steps copied from the critical information summary which may or may not be effective.

Ready to set up Starlink properly?
Order Starlink directly from Starlink first. Then return to Spacetek for model-specific mounts, cables, power and installation accessories. New eligible Starlink customers may be able to use Spacetek’s referral link for one month of eligible service free.
